In the society of today much dominated by the great flow of information it is of great importance to understand the customer’s behaviour better and quicker than the competitors. An efficient and precise customer communication is the path to satisfied and loyal customers. By reaching the right target group with the right offer costs are reduced and the response increases.

To succeed on customer communication we help you to identify groups with similar behaviour and need (to segment customers). With help from historical customer behaviour we are able to foresee the future need of your customers (scoring). We are working with implementation of SAS Marketing Automation (MA), which is a powerful instrument to atomise and render the whole marketing process more effective; from identifying the target group to dispatching and response handling. The instruments Campaign Studio and E-mail marketing are, among others, included in SAS MA.
